Transfer CH33

  • Follow the steps above but you do not have DD214.

CH35/DEA

VR&E

  • Contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@jlspfcw.com to schedule an onboarding appointment. 
  • Complete the intake form.
  • For your appointment you will need paperwork from your counselor showing a benefit and an ID. 

National Guard / NG Transfer Benefit

  • Contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@jlspfcw.com to schedule an onboarding appointment. 
  • Complete the intake form.
  • If you have the Selective Reserve MGIB or a kicker apply have your unit submit a NOBE DD-2384 then apply for your VA benefit.
  • For your appointment you will need a copy of your NOBE, the Certificate of Eligibility from the VA, and your military ID. 

Reservists

  • We have a DODMOU contract! 
  • Reach out to your education office on base to find out the specifications as they vary from branch to branch. 
  • Once you have your information 
  • Contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@jlspfcw.com to schedule an onboarding appointment. 
  • Complete the intake form.
